Our company is one of the major professional producers of engineering rubber products and auxiliary products for bridges in Hebei Province. Its products cover the following major series of more than 400 specifications: rubber waterstops, isolation bearings, building bearings, laminated rubber bearings, steel bearings for road/railroad bridges, embedded parts for bridges, retractor devices, rubber subplates under railroad concrete sleepers. 

Our company has two XMN-160 large rubber-fining lines in secret fining center, with a daily capacity of 30 tons; 60 vulcanizing machines with hot-plate sizes ranging from 800x800 to 2300x2300, which can meet production requirements for laminated rubber bearings, lead and energy-dissipating bearings of all specifications; two 150-model microwave vulcanization production lines, with a daily capacity of over 5,000 m waterstop; 20 CNC vertical lathes of 0.8 -5.0 m high, working with matched planing, milling, digital-control cutting, rust-removal, cutting, punching and folding devices to completely satisfy production requirements for road/railroad bridge steel bearings.

The quality inspection center of our company is equipped with more than 50 inspection devices, including 2,000T servo dynamic compression-shear testers, universal materials testers, electronic tensile test machines, impact testing machines and non-destructive inspection devices, and owns more than 20 middle- and high-level inspectors. All of these can efficiently ensure the safety and reliability of product quality.
